Кимбап ( Роллы по - корейски)

Ингредиенты:

Рис (заранее отвареный) 400 гр.
Гим (Нори)  4 листа
Яйцо 3 шт.
Огурец 1/2 шт.
Морковь 1 шт.
Крабовые палочки

6 - 8 шт.
Тунец консервированный 1 банка
Колбаса варёная 150 гр.
Кунжутное семя ( обжаренное) 1 ч.л.
Кунжутное масло 3 - 4 ст.л. 
Растительное масло 1 ст.л.
Соевый соус 1 ст.л. + для подачи
Майонез 1 ст.л.

 

Приготовление:

Готовим яичный блинчик для начинки. Для этого нужно яйца взбить вилочкой. Немного подсолить.

Нагреть сковороду с растительным маслом. Влить яйца. Если будут появляться пузыри, аккуратно протыкать их вилочкой.

Готовить блинчик до готовности.

Колбасу нарезать брусочками и обжарить на кунжутном масле.

Крабовые палочки разрезать на 2 части и обжарить на кунжутном масле.

Морковь нарезать соломкой и обжарить на кунжутном масле до полуготовности. 

Огурец нарезать соломкой. Яичный блинчик - лентами. Тунец размять вилкой и смешать с майонезом. Начинка готова.

В рис добавить кунжутные семечки и соевый соус. Перемешать.

Циновку (коврик для кручения роллов) обернуть пищевой плёнкой. На коврик уложить лист гим / нори.

Выложить немного риса и распределить по всей поверхности гим / нори, помогая лопаткой. Край листа нори оставьте без риса ( 3-4 см.) . Чтобы рис не прилипал к лопатке, переодически смачивайте лопатку водой. 

Отступив немного от края, выложить небольшое количество тунца.

Уложите на тунец омлетную ленту.

Далее выкладываем огурец, морковь, колбасу и крабовые палочки.

Теперь аккуратно заворачиваем начинку в лист нори с рисом, помогая циновкой.

Плотно прижать кимбап циновкой, чтобы придать более ровную  форму.

Из указанных ингредиентов получается 4 кимбапа.

Нарезаем каждый кимбап на порционные кусочки. Нож должен быть очень острым. Чтобы рис не прилипал к ножу, переодически смачивайте нож водой.

 

Подают кимбап, как и японские роллы с соевым соусом.

    Я из СССР. Я там родился. И главная фраза оттуда - из моего детства - «борьба за мир». Я призываю всех выходить на улицы и бороться за мир.

    Путин - это не Россия. И если есть что-то в России сейчас, чем можно гордиться больше всего, так это те 6835 человек, которые были задержаны, потому что - без всякого призыва - вышли на улицы с плакатами «нет войне».

    Говорят, не может призывать на митинг тот, кто на него не пойдет и не рискует быть арестованным. Я уже в тюрьме, поэтому мне, кажется, можно.

    Ждать нельзя ни дня. Где бы вы ни были. В России, Беларуси или на другой стороне планеты. Выходите на главную площадь вашего города каждый будний день в 19.00 и в 14.00 в выходные и праздники.

    Если можете делать шествие - делайте в выходные. Да, в первый день может выйти мало народа. А во второй - еще меньше. Но мы должны, стиснув зубы и поборов страх, выходить и требовать прекращения войны.

    Каждого арестованного должны сменить двое пришедших.

    Если - для прекращения войны - мы должны забить собой тюрьмы и автозаки, мы забьем собой тюрьмы и автозаки.

    Все имеет цену, и сейчас, весной 2022 года, эту цену должны платить мы. Больше некому. Давайте не «быть против войны». Давайте бороться против войны.
